1. Single-Purpose Data Processing

VisaMaster Pro exists solely to assist applicants and travel agency operators in autofilling official Indian Visa (IVAC Bangladesh) application forms and converting applicant documents via OCR.

2. Handling of Sensitive Information (PII & Passports)

• Local Processing: Extracted passport data and form inputs are stored locally in your browser storage (Chrome Storage API) and remain strictly under your control.
• Ephemeral OCR Processing: When an applicant PDF or image is submitted for OCR extraction, it is processed ephemerally by our secure Cloudflare Worker backend and is not stored or shared.
• No Data Selling or Profiling: We never sell, rent, or transfer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

3. Cloud Profile Sync (Optional)

If you choose to sync applicant profiles across devices using your Google Account, profile data is transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption and stored in secure Cloudflare D1 encrypted databases tied strictly to your authenticated Google ID.
