Terms of Service for VisaMaster Pro
By installing, accessing, or using the VisaMaster Pro Chrome Extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use and uninstall the extension.

1. Authorized Use & Professional Workflow
VisaMaster Pro provides client-side automation tools, optical character recognition (OCR) parsing, photo resizing, and form-assistance utilities designed to accelerate visa application workflows for:
- Individual visa applicants preparing their own lawful visa applications.
- Authorized travel agencies, visa consulting firms, cyber cafés, and document processing professionals assisting clients with visa documentation.
If you are a travel agent, cyber café operator, or third-party preparer, you represent and warrant that you have obtained express authorization and consent from the applicant to handle their documentation and submit applications on their behalf.
2. Virtual Credits & Payment Terms
- Utility Credits: VisaMaster Pro operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system for AI OCR extraction, PDF utilities, and advanced tools.
- Digital Goods Policy: Credits are digital goods provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation via automated instant bKash and Nagad payment options. Because credits are consumable software utility units, credit top-ups are non-refundable once approved and credited to your account balance.
- Free Tier & Promotional Credits: Promotional or initial free trial credits possess no cash value and may not be transferred or redeemed for fiat currency.
3. User Responsibilities & Verification Obligation
While VisaMaster Pro leverages advanced OCR and intelligent form-mapping algorithms, the user is solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data inserted into official visa application portals prior to making final payment or submitting to consular authorities.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When using VisaMaster Pro, you agree NOT to:
- Use the extension for fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive visa submissions or identity theft.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or intercept backend API calls or credit management protocols.
- Overload or abuse third-party government visa servers through automated DDoS or high-frequency automated scraping scripts.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. VisaMaster Pro, its developers, and contributors disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall VisaMaster Pro be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from visa rejections, application delays, portal downtime, or data entry discrepancies.
